  I agree. I had a 10:15 appointment & was fasting because labs were going to be done. Kept me waiting until after noon while staff had lunch. Had to smell food whole time. No apology from the entitled princess. Very unfriendly, lousy bedside manner. Then because she took so long the offsite lab (next door) was closed for lunch & I had to wait even longer. It was 2pm before I could eat. Return phone calls are non existent. The only reason I even went to her is to get a referral to continue seeing my allergy doc because BCBS took away all PPO policies & she was one of the only docs near me that accept the horrible HMO we are having to live with now. Don't get me started on that fiasco! I would give no star but the review would not post.

  I am not impressed. We had lab work ordered, went to lab, gave blood and three weeks later we are still waiting to get results. After multiple messages left on nurses line, talked with front desk and was assured they would give the nurse the message. 3 days ago this,was promised and I am still waiting. I will get results Monday and we won't be back!!
