    This is my first negative review. Poor customer service and obvious lack of training to their employees.
    The young man working the car wash tried folding my mirrors and broke one of them. He was very nervous and didn't know how to handle the situation and contacted his manager via text, we waited and received no response. I left my contact information so they could contact me and we could reach a resolution. I didn't receive a call all day. I called the young man at the end of the day and he said that I didn't receive a call because his manager thought it wasn't their fault. It's upsetting that they didn't even have the courtesy of contacting me! Their lack of empathy is clear, I waited all day to hear from them instead of looking for a place to get this fixed.
